A ministry currently led by Harold and Twila Buckwalter that started in 1952 to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with seafarers from around the world, in the Port of Hampton Roads, Virginia.
Its purpose is to provide them with the Word of God in their own language and to disciple by witness, teaching and example. It also seeks to establish "follow-up" with pastors and churches, to further nurture them and their families. In a year's time, people from more than 80 countries are reached.

The Mennonite Disaster Service organizes church volunteers to help needy people rebuild after a hurricane, tornado, earthquake or other disaster.
In 2005 our congregation was able to provide help to those devastated by Hurricane Katrina. Below are some pictures of an immediate initiative by Ronnie Lehman who loaded, among other things, 6200 bottles of water and traveled down to the Gulf Coast, with his wife Rachel, the very next morning after the hurricane hit.
